Driver
CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is a LEGAL
REQUIREMENT
and applies to all new and existing drivers who wish to drive
professionally and who require an LGV or PCV license in order to
do their job.
EXISTING
DRIVERS (LGV)
All
drivers of LGV vehicles, holding a category C, C1, C+E or C1+E
license at
10 September 2009, will need to complete the 35 hours of periodic
training before
10 September 2014
EXISTING
DRIVERS (PCV)
All
drivers of PCV vehicles, holding a category D, D1, D+E or D1+E license
at 10 September 2008, will need to complete the 35 hours of
periodic training before
10 September 2013
NEW
DRIVERS
All
new PCV or HGV drivers must complete the 35 hours of periodic
training to enable them to renew their license.
TIME
IS RUNNING OUT
Don't be caught out by leaving this to the last minute. We
can offer training packages broken into 7 hour periods. Enabling
you or your drivers o complete the mandatory training in
manageable bite size chunks.
